To create more engaging, personalized, and (literally) tailored experiences, Zach Scheimer (Criquet’s Sr. Retention Marketing Manager) has been leveraging our friends at Digioh to create a “Perfect Polo Quiz.”
The quiz enables shirt shoppers on Criquet’s site to find their ideal polo style.

From the quiz, Criquet can “capture insights like fit preference, style, and use case, turning browsers into segmented Klaviyo audiences (e.g., “regular fit” or “slim fit”) for personalized flows across email and SMS to drive net-new revenue,” Digioh’s Senior Vice President of Marketing Blake Imperl explains.
And those personalized flows?
They drive incredible results. More on that a bit later.
Criquet’s been a PostPilot customer for years, too.
So, we all thought, “Should we?”
Of course we should.
(We should drive additional sales by echoing the messaging in Criquet’s emails on postcards and sending them to people who didn't convert via email.)
Of course, we did.
We automated multiple postcards, with each version mapped to a different Klaviyo segment (powered by Criquet’s Digioh quiz data).
For instance, the postcard below was sent to quiz takers who favored slim fit shirts:
