You need coordination among teams, but keeping that from becoming a bloated bureaucracy is always a work in progress, always a challenge for companies that transition between really small owner doing everything to delegation to scale, like real leadership scale. At first you want to think about who can I find? Start delegating things to the can, get it done 80% as well as I can to at least be able to start taking it off my plate.

Then as you start to scale to the next level, it's like, who can actually take on these functions and do a much better job than I ever could? First, just trying to get certain things off your plate, then building out just this crack leadership team that just crushes within their own domains
